Quick Diagnostic Checklist
- Is your CAC reader connected and powered on?
- Is your CAC inserted correctly (chip facing up)?
- Have you installed the necessary middleware?
- Are DoD root certificates installed?
- Have you restarted your browser after installing certificates?

Ensure chip side is facing up

Try accessing my.af.mil or milconnect
