For PIN resets, locked cards, or new CAC issuance, visit your nearest RAPIDS site

Use the RAPIDS Site Locator to find ID card offices near you. Most installations have at least one RAPIDS site, and many also have satellite locations.

Appointment Required

Many RAPIDS sites now require appointments. Call ahead or check online scheduling before visiting.
